Re: Happy Fall! - 10/15/12

Dear Family,

Hello! I am not sure what to say I just read Nathans e mail and my mind went blank haha That is pretty sweet! It is great to hear about the new things that are going on in the Valley. It sounds like there is a lot of neat things happening around there.

The work here is on a slowly but steady increase. Our investigators are coming to church, they just want to be perfect before they are baptized. It is kind of frustrating. The security man Timothy, is still a BOSS. He always goes out of his way just to say hi to us. He also said he is going to bring his Girlfriend to church next week so that will be awesome. It is pretty crazy to think if we were not trying to talk with everyone that day
we would not have met him.

I am trying to think of a funny story that happened this week OH! There was some hurricane warnings Friday and Saturday, so we stayed inside most of the time. Needless to say we got pretty bored. We ended up making a sling shot out of the stretchy bands they give us to exercise with. We had some funny times with that sling shot. Elder Gibson accidently shot himself in the face and he started to bleed haha Also in church yesterday our Elders quorom president who used to be a preacher was to give the opening prayer. When he got up to say the prayer he say " may we all rise for the opening prayer" so everyone stood up and we had a very inspiring prayer.

Well that is enough rambling from me I hope all goes well this week for everyone.
