Dear Family,
WOW that was really great to see all of you. You all look so
good. I think I could of kept talking to you for a lot longer. That is great
that Hannah is reaching out to her friends about the Gospel. Which friends
though? The best thing I we have found success in through our members is house
meetings. That is where you invite a few people over, and the missionaries and
just have fun. it does not even have to be super spiritual at all. Just let them
come into a home where the spirit is and let them feel comfortable. They will
soon see that their family will be blessed as they draw closer to Christ, and
let him come into their homes.
I am trying to send you some pictures, but
the computer is being funny for some reason. I might have to send them in
another e mail. It sounds like you had a great Christmas. That is good. I would
have to say we had a really good Christmas also. Grandpas testimony was great.
Also we had a really good time with our members. They are my family down
here. They are great I love them. Transfers are not this Saturday but the next
so I am going to miss them, probably, I am way excited though. And also seeing
and talking to you was amazing. we also watched The Last Air Bender. It was a
pretty good show I must say.
Well I think I told you everything else
yesterday, I feel like I didnt get to hear much about your lives though, I hope
everything is going good and continues to go good into the new year. Love you
all.

Merry Christmas! - 12/18/11
Well We had a pretty good week. Our baptisms for the 24th fell through, but we
have a really solid date for the 31st. We are really excited to finally get
another baptism. It seems like forever sense we have had one, and yes it has
been way to long. I am really excited to see everyone though. It should be a
good Christmas. Even though it does not feel like it, some houses have lights,
thats if they can afford it. but it is a more busy part of the year here. So
that is exciting. The Spirit seems to be with us more. I am really excited about
how East Coast is looking for the Month of January. There are some sweet people
in our investigator pool. The sad thing is I will probably be getting transfered
before they all get baptized, but that is alright. Or maybe I will stay here
again who knows. I sent everyone a letter but Nathan so they should be there
soon! Sorry Nathan. I was going to try to send you one this week but... you know
how hard it is to get time on your mission. Well I am going to talk to you in
just a little bit so I dont want to tell all of my stories now I hope all is
well and everyone is safe there in Driggs. Love ya talk to you
Sunday.

Nowhere else. 12/12/11
Dear Family,
Well I do not know if you have a skype, if not you should get one so I can see all your beautiful faces on Christmas. It sounds like you know how to get in touch with sister Sappington so when you get it set up you will need to e mail all that information to her so we can be good to go for Christmas! I will hopefully give you the exact time next week.
Heck Yes they celibrate Christmas here. It is awesome, and a lot different. There are a few lights and stuff around. But the town is a lot more busy then normal. The town is getting settled down from the election. So everything is going good here in Guyana.
That is good that everything is going well with everyone. That is kinda sad that the old goat passed away though. I hope that everything is going good with the Book of Mormon.... Hannah.... You better have baptized one of your friends by the time I get back. You too Mom and Dad.
We have seen some miracles in the work this week. We had two male... yes future priesthood holders at church this week. One came last week also so we going to prepare him to be baptized on the 24th. He is the friend to a member whose name is Robin. So that should be a great one. Also a man named Delbert, Elder Ward and Elder Badoni found him. so that was awesome. We had the Zone leaders in our area for a few days this week, so we pretty much lit up East Coast with missionary work, I learned so much from Elder Howe and Elder Badoni. It really helped us in the work. This week we are going to focus on having a ton more house meetings to get the members more involved in fellow shipping these new people that we found. We still feel like Nazeema could be baptized on the 31. So we are going to contribute everything that we can to the goal of 99+1 Baptisms for the month of December.
Well I am trying to save time, so some of that is going in Presidents email. haha I hope you dont mind. I love you all and hope these emails are good enough because I really dont know what to say. Oh one last funny story, We were teaching this guy, Elder Howe and I and this drunk guy comes to his house so he gooes over and is like oh no the devil is here. so he walks out side and yells at the guy, "I curse you in the name of Jesus!" Then the guy was like "you cant curse me in the name of Jesus, you can only bless me in the name of Jesus!" Oh man it was funny, I thought I would only see stuff like that on T.V. but then I got sent to the west Indies mission. And I love every minute of it. I dont know where else I would want to be.... No where.

Monopoly is Intense! - 12/5/11
Dear Family,
Thank you so much for the e mail.
It sounds like everything is going good up there. That is so sweet that Kolby and Tara are engaged. Make sure they send me an announcment. That is sad that Britt did not get that job. I guess they did not deserve her. The Lord is just waiting to bless her with that job that is what he wants her to do.
Well.. I survived! Everything seemed to be pretty peaceful, from what we could tell. Lock down was pretty darn crazy, I about went crazy Elder Ward and I have now been together for two transfers, so we pretty much new everything about each other. We survived though. Lots of reading, and playing cards. Also playing monopoly, that was pretty intense. We played monopoly with some other Elders over the phone. That was Awesome!! gave us
so much entertainment, and it helped with our communication skills haha.
I wrote everyone, but we are not able to go to town today, so they will have to wait tell next week to get mailed. How is my Grandparents doing? Well I love you all very much and you are great examples to me.
